July Journaling Challenge

I've heard all about the benefits of daily journaling, but have yet to see any positive changes in my own life with journaling. I can't tell you how many times I've picked up a notebook only to set it back down again without anything to write about. Maybe, some prompts were exactly what I needed. This month I'm inviting you to join me on this daily journaling challenge! Here's to feeling amazing in August after a month of self-discovery!

  1. What are some of your goals? What do you want in life?

  2. When is the last time time you got upset? How did you handle it? What would you change about your reaction?

  3. What was your last accomplishment? Why were you proud of it?

  4. What are you grateful for today?

  24. Who are the people you spend the most time with? What do you like about them?

  25. Do I feel successful right now? If not, when will I?

  28. What’s the best advice you’ve ever received? What’s the worst?
